Running vs non-running — how it changes your quote
Running (working) units are priced as second-hand, by brand, tonnage, age and accessories. A well-kept unit that is roughly 0–5 years old and regularly serviced earns the best resale rate. Non-running (dead or damaged) units are priced for scrap recovery — valued by the metal inside rather than by cooling performance. Either way you get a fair number; a unit that no longer cools is quoted on its materials, not written off.
Scrap AC condition guide
For non-working units, the metal content drives the quote. The main factors:

| Outdoor copper coil | The single largest line item in a scrap AC. A clean, undamaged coil is worth more than a cut or damaged one. |
| Compressor | Graded separately because of its sealed copper winding — it's a distinct scrap sub-grade. |
| Aluminium & steel | Fins, casing and chassis add recoverable aluminium and steel on top of the copper. |
| Unit type & size | Larger cassette, duct and central units carry more metal, so more recovery — but need professional dismantling (included free). |
| Completeness | A full unit with its coil and compressor intact is worth more than one already stripped of parts. |
Tip: don't cut or strip the copper yourself — an intact coil usually fetches a better overall quote than loose, damaged copper, and our team removes everything safely at pickup.
Free uninstall & pickup
Our team removes and uninstalls the AC for you at pickup — including both the indoor and outdoor parts of a split system — so you don't need a separate technician. Pickup is free across Hyderabad, with no deduction for removal or transport, and same-day collection is usually possible when you book early in the day.
On-the-spot payment
You are paid on collection — cash, UPI or bank transfer. The unit is assessed and quoted at pickup, before removal, so you decide with the number in front of you, and nothing is deducted afterwards. For companies and bulk lots we are GST registered and provide a proper invoice.
