How we price hospitality lots
Price is based on the quantity, condition, material and resale or scrap value of the items. Furniture and equipment in reusable condition are valued for resale; worn or damaged items are valued for the metal and materials they contain. For a full venue we survey everything on site and give one combined quote before any removal, so the amount is agreed and transparent before anything leaves the premises.
Pickup & on-the-spot payment
Pickup is scheduled within our 8 AM to 8 PM hours, often the same day for ready lots in Hyderabad. Bulk collection is our usual mode for this category, so we bring the crew and the right vehicle to remove a full venue in one go. You are paid on collection by cash, UPI or bank transfer, with a proper GST invoice for businesses where you need one.
