Office Dismantling: From a Single Floor to a Whole Building

Office dismantling services are not just about hauling furniture out. A real dismantling job is a logistics project — staged tear-down, sorted material flows, and a handover that satisfies the landlord. Here is what an end-to-end office dismantling looks like with us.

Site survey

Before we quote, we walk the site with you. We count workstations, partitions, cabin builds, server room equipment, AC units and any specialty items like vault doors or bolted-down safes. This survey is free and produces a written inventory you keep.

From the inventory we build a phased dismantling plan, factoring in lift access, working hours allowed by the building, and any union/security clearances.

Tear-down

Partitions come down first because they unblock everything else. Workstations are stripped, glass panels are crated, cable trays are pulled, and electrical/AC units are de-installed by qualified technicians. We sort as we go — wooden furniture on one side, scrap on the other.

If your building has restricted hours we run night shifts. Most central business district buildings have a 9pm–6am working window for tear-downs.

Weighing, payment, handover

Everything that goes into our truck is weighed in your presence. We total it on a printed sheet and pay before we leave the site. For multi-day jobs we settle each day so you are never carrying outstanding amounts.

Post-pickup we sweep the floor and patch obvious wall damage from partition removal — enough for a smooth landlord handover.
